The college football regular season is over, but the news cycle never stops.

Between this place, Press Pros Magazine, The Associated Press and more, I managed to stay busy.

If you can’t keep up, i’m here to help with this handy week in review of #content produced here and elsewhere:

(After the ad break. Please consider clicking this ad to help me raise a little $$ for travel costs with the Buckeyes heading to Dallas. It gets me money but doesn’t cost you anything!)

Fuel your business brain. No caffeine needed.

Consider this your wake-up call.

Morning Brew}} is the free daily newsletter that powers you up with business news you’ll actually enjoy reading. It’s already trusted by over 4 million people who like their news with a bit more personality, pizazz — and a few games thrown in. Some even come for the crosswords and quizzes, but leave knowing more about the business world than they expected.

Quick, witty, and delivered first thing in the morning, Morning Brew takes less time to read than brewing your coffee — and gives your business brain the boost it needs to stay sharp and in the know.

Then Ryan Day met with the media after Ohio State was named the No. 2 seed in the College Football Playoff.

Monday I had more things on my mind plus thoughts on Ohio State’s potential path in the College Football Playoff. (I should probably do more of these Monday morning thought dumps. What do you think? Let me know!)

I also had a piece for Press Pros examining how the loss could impact Ohio State’s mentality this month as they prepare for Texas A&M or Miami (Fla.).

Then Tuesday night I made my first appearance at an Ohio State men’s basketball game this season.

On Wednesday, Julian Sayin met with reporters in Columbus to talk about being a Heisman Trophy finalist, and I wrote about him for The Associated Press.

Finally, you can’t miss the feature product at this website/newsletter: This Week in Ohio State Football!

That’s where I wrap up the news of the week with some links, analysis and whatever else.

Finally, I haven’t written about the Reds yet here. I thought Kyle Schwarber could make for a good first post… then he chose to stay with the Phillies instead of come home to Southwest Ohio.

The folks at The Riverfront podcast still invited me on to speak to them about the team, though, and we had a great time.

Check that out:

So there is all that, but if I run out of things to do, I can be found posting on the BuckeyeSports.com message board or sharing trending news at Men’s Journal.

The MJ stuff is a fun change of pace at times, and I’m never quite sure what might present itself.

I also did a longer feature on the potential for video games to provide that “third place” men are lacking these days. Can gaming fight the loneliness epidemic affecting American men? Science says yes!

If you want to see more of what's being said during Ohio State interviews, check out my YouTube channel.

I’ve also got a new Facebook page you can find here.

Those things (and this post) are all just ways to get my stories in front of as many eyes as possible, but you can help as well if you share on your social channels or email or message something a link. I’d appreciate it very much!

As always, thanks for reading!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
