I am Marcus Hartman, a sportswriter born and raised in Southwest Ohio. After nine years at the Dayton Daily News, Springfield News-Sun and Journal News, I decided to try something new by continuing to cover Ohio State football and other sports important to the region.

OK, the new part is doing it my own way, starting with this site. We will have a few regular features and updates whenever anything happens that I find worth writing about.
